About Brandon
Brandon is a tech-support lifer with a creative streak and a borderline unfair ability to untangle messy problems. He's been deep in computers since the Windows 95/98/XP days, did the Circuit City PC tech grind, spent years in mobile support at AT&T, and has been doing technical support at Apple for over a decade.
Basically: if it has a screen, a signal, or a talent for breaking at the worst possible moment, he can fix it — or at least explain exactly why it's being a pain.
Outside the troubleshooting trenches, Brandon is a photographer who's all-in on Canon (currently shooting with a Canon R6 Mark II), chasing nature, mood, and real moments with clean, dialed workflows.
He's engaged to Sierra Christine, a proud dad, and a relentless tinkerer who likes building projects that make tech actually useful. Equal parts heart and horsepower, he shows up with humor, honesty, and just enough sarcasm to keep everybody grounded.
